Design Concept:
The house was completely renovated
inside. The structural bones of the
house are pulled out into the front
driveway with turf strips. The front
landscape beds feature straight lines
while the rear yard emulates the natural
marsh in the distance. There was an
existing side Asian Style Garden that
was restored after renovation. Drainage
was an issue on this site and a
creative, in depth system was designed
and installed. An interesting paver path
system framed by ivy was implemented in
deep shade under the rear decks. Green
parking area was installed. All
hardscaping including concrete driveway
was constructed in house.
